It was one year ago that we captured Allie and Dan’s surprise proposal, just down the road from the Hewing Hotel where Dan’s father helped him adjust his bowtie as he prepared for his wedding day.  Minutes away, at the Minneapolis Event Centers, Allie and the ladies finished hair and makeup with PHYSX the Beauty Lab, JAK Beauty, and Rachel Schmalzer.  Allie’s twin sister and mom helped her into her stunning gown from Che Bella by Robert Bullock.  Allie and Dan’s beautiful day, coordinated by Haute House Studio and a dream-team of vendors, had officially begun! 

Renee’s Limousines brought us to the University of St. Thomas where Dan stood waiting for Allie.  He turned, and once again, she took his breath away on the very same campus they had met and fallen in love.  Portraits began as we explored the gorgeous grounds and soon after, the wedding party joined us.  Everyone looked amazing with the men in their suits by The Black Tux and the ladies in their matching furs, dresses from Show Me Your MuMu, and bouquets by Florals by Claire.  The ceremony began in the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas followed by a few family photos before heading over to St. Anthony Main for a champagne toast and some epic photos with the Minneapolis skyline.

Allie and Dan are such an incredible couple and have shared countless adventures together including travels to London, Amsterdam, and Dublin.  Of all the world though, their hearts, families, and friends are here in Minnesota and much of their love story centers around Minneapolis where they hosted their wedding in two parts in compliance with a last-minute state mandated change.  Their reception at the Grand 1858 at Minneapolis Event Centers took place the evening before their wedding day and guests enjoyed dinner and dancing with the Bluewater Kings Band.  Allie and Dan were phenomenal at rolling with the last minute changes and kept their sites set on one goal: to be married!  Allie and Dan, we are so grateful to have been a part of your beautiful love story; we hope you soak up every second of celebrating as newlyweds in Hawaii!
