From the moment Meredith’s brother introduced her to Paul, she knew he was “the one”!  The two fell in love and Paul proposed on a beautiful, warm September day.  Three months later, we met at the Outpost Center in Chaska for the most incredible winter engagement session!  They braved the cold that chilly December morning and little did we know, the snow would make it’s appearance again for their October wedding day!

The Outpost Center is amazing and Jacquelyn and her team are absolutely incredible to work with!  Every detail came together beautifully from start to finish.  The girls got ready with SM Hair and Makeup and we started off with some snowy portraits of the men.  Paul could not wait to see his bride, and after they read letters from each other, Meredith headed out to meet her groom wearing her beautiful gown by Mori Lee.  The love and joy these two share is magical and portraits were so much fun!  The wedding party joined us and we finished up with the ladies in their gowns by Vera Wang before heading in for family portraits.

The barn was absolutely beautiful and the florals by Lily of the Lakes were stunning!  The colors couldn’t have been more perfect for fall.  Following the ceremony, we snuck out for a few portraits of the newlyweds among the rolling hills and grassy fields.  Afterwards, we kicked off the reception with Paul and Meredith’s first dance.  Guests enjoyed dinner and speeches followed by a beautifully emotional father/daughter and mother/son dance.  The evening ended with dancing and an epic sparkler send-off!  Meredith and Paul, you were a dream to work with and we are so excited for you! Paul summed up your day perfectly when he said “Life is a beautiful thing and there’s so much to smile about. I cannot wait to smile the rest of my days with you!”
