From the moment we connected and got to know Rachel and Seth at their engagement session on Hennepin Island, we couldn’t wait to photograph their wedding day! These two are so sweet and their love for each other is absolutely beautiful! We knew their wedding day would be perfect being in the talented hands of Beth Anderson from the Hutton House. As one of our favorite venues, we were so excited to begin! Kelly from Thistle & Blooms is absolutely incredible and created the most amazing setting with the florals for the day! Rachel had just finished up makeup by The Blushing Room as Rachel’s mom helped her into her dress by Sareh Nouri from Annika Bridal. Shortly after, Rachel’s father stepped in to see his beautiful daughter in her wedding gown.
Rachel was bubbling with excitement as she approached her groom standing at the venue’s iconic fireplace. He turned, and overcome by her beauty, the smile on his face said it all! The wedding party joined us for portraits and the bridesmaids looked gorgeous in their gowns from BHLDN. Following family portraits, the ceremony began as Rachel slowly walked down the grand staircase with her father to the classic Canon in D. The moment seemed to hang in the air. It. was. incredible. The ceremony was filled with plenty of laughter, tears, and countless sweet emotions.
Following the ceremony, we headed to the shores of Medicine Lake for a few photos before joining guests for cocktail hour. Hutton House’s reception hall looked incredible and Angel Food Bakery created an amazing spread of desserts! Following dinner and some hilarious speeches, the Bluewater Kings Band kicked off the dance for the perfect end to the perfect day! Rachel and Seth, we hope your time in French Polynesia is only an extension of the beauty of your wedding! It was an honor serving you!
