As we wrap up our summer season, we are incredibly grateful for each of the couples we have had the pleasure of serving this year!  We’ve had the best time photographing sessions while soaking up all of the beauty that Minnesota brings.  It has made us all the more excited for our upcoming weddings, and we are thrilled to be a part of documenting so many beautiful celebrations including Hayley and Alex’s big day next summer!  They are two of the most kind and friendly people you will ever meet, and we couldn’t wait to capture their engagement session in Taylors Falls.  These two are such a gorgeous couple who are absolutely perfect together, and they completely nailed their outfits and color combinations!  We had so much fun talking and laughing together as we explored the trails and rock cliffs.

One of our favorite parts of engagement sessions is getting to know our couples before their big day.  As college sweethearts ourselves, we love connecting with others who met in school.  Hayley and Alex met at Gustavus, and between playing tennis and studying together their friendship grew and both knew it was meant to be.  They started dating and have enjoyed spending time traveling to breathtaking places all the way from Lutsen and Grand Marais, to Rome, Florence, and Venice.  Alex proposed this past spring while hiking in Door County, and the wedding planning officially began!  

We could not be more excited for Hayley and Alex as they plan their dream day!  The two will tie the knot at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in Victoria and celebrate at Bearpath Golf & Country Club in Eden Prairie.  We know their wedding will be nothing short of perfection, and we are already counting down the days until we can continue documenting their love story!
