Photographing weddings for couples who met in college and spent time dating long distance like we did, is always such a joy! Lindsey and Dan are the sweetest, and it was so much fun to connect with them at their engagement session last fall. We knew their wedding would be incredible, and we couldn’t wait for their big day to arrive! Beth Anderson of the Kismet Event Group did a fabulous job of coordinating the day, and every single detail was perfect from start to finish!
The morning began at the Wayzata Community Church with hair and makeup by Christina DeCuffa of The Blushing Room. We captured a few photos of the ladies in their matching robes before Lindsey put on her stunning Stella York gown from Raffine Bridal. She exchanged sweet first looks with her bridesmaids and father before heading to the garden to meet her groom. After capturing portraits throughout the grounds, we drove to the Lafayette Club for wedding party and family photos. This wedding party was so much fun, and looked amazing with their gorgeous flowers from KMB Floral! We finished up portraits, and Renee’s Limousines brought us back to the church for the ceremony.
Lindsey and Dan exchanged vows surrounded by their family and friends, and Capture the Moments Productions was amazing to work with as we documented the day. After the ceremony, guests gathered to congratulate the happy couple, before traveling to the Lafayette Club for the reception. Following dinner, speeches, and dessert by Kenna’s Cakes, we stepped out for a few portraits alongside the lake. We headed back in for the dance hosted by Nora Events to finish out the evening. Lindsey and Dan, your big day was absolutely beautiful! We hope your honeymoon in Jamaica is incredible and the perfect way to celebrate as newlyweds!
