Fall engagement sessions are in full swing, and we could not be happier to be enjoying warmer temps all the way through November – a rare treat in Minnesota!  The vibrant fall colors seem to be in their prime later than usual this year, and we are not complaining one bit.  The brightly colored leaves create the perfect backdrop for our sessions, and this gorgeous natural setting was ideal for Lindsey and Dan’s engagement session.  We loved the way that the leaves, the grass in the fields, and the epic, tall pines, complimented the warm, neutral shades of their outfits. These two are such a beautiful couple, and both looked amazing!

Lindsey and Dan are so sweet, and it was so much fun to get to know them as we chatted and walked together throughout their session. Lindsey with her heart of gold, serves as an elementary school teacher, and she and Matt, who works as an engineer, stay very busy with their schedules.  They love spending time together, along with their new puppy that they just got this past spring!  They have also been filling their free time with wedding planning as they prepare for their big day next summer.  We love hearing about our couples’ wedding plans, and could not be more excited to document their special day!

They will host their big day at the Wayzata Community Church in Wayzata and their reception at the Lafayette Club in Minnetonka Beach.  With their venue’s stunning setting alongside Lake Minnetonka‘s bays, we have no doubt their day will be breathtaking; and we can’t wait to celebrate with them along with their family and friends!  We are already counting down the days until next summer when the warm weather and sunshine are sure to make for the most beautiful wedding day!
