Photographing sessions for those who serve in the wedding industry is always such an honor, and when Michael and Becky reached out to book a family portrait session, we were thrilled!  These two are amazing, and are some of the most talented videographers in the industry!  We first met a few years ago, and had the privilege of spending time together at the Connect Retreat down in Rome, Georgia.  Not only are they one of the nicest couples you will ever meet, but they produce absolutely incredible wedding films through Story of Us Films here in Minnesota and worldwide.

After getting to know Michael and Becky, we couldn’t wait to meet their beautiful family.  They have the most adorable kids including the sweetest little twins!  We met on a gorgeous summer evening, and set off to explore together in the rolling hills of breathtaking Scandia.  Golden hour was on pointe, and the kids did a fabulous job as they flashed their cute little smiles with their siblings.  We captured a few portraits among the flowers, fields, and trees, and had the best time taking photos as the kids ran around their parents.  It’s safe to say that these four will grow up to be the best of friends, and they certainly know how to keep their parents smiling, laughing, and always on their toes!

Capturing this season for Michael and Becky was so much fun!  We know how quickly these years fly by as we watch our kids grow – life seems to change in a blink and the season of soaking up time with littles goes so fast.  It is truly a joy to be able to document this life stage for such sweet friends, and we are excited to continue connecting with them at many more weddings to come!
