When Meghan and Kevin told us they would be getting married at Kevin’s family farm and hosting their reception at the family’s campground in Fairmont, MN, we couldn’t wait to be a part of their day!  Beautiful, rolling hills with horses in the fields is a sweet reminder of home. Not only were both venues stunning, but their family and friends were wonderful to work with!  The morning began with hair by Indulge Salon and makeup by Makeup Artistry by Jenn.  Meghan’s loosely braided hair was gorgeous and her dress by Martina Liana from Belle Vogue Bridal in Kansas City was stunning!  The bridesmaids looked beautiful in their dresses from David’s Bridal and Gartzke’s Floral put together their stunning bouquets.

While there were countless beautiful moments throughout the day, the moment that Meghan and Kevin read their letters just before seeing each other for the first time was incredible.  The expressions on their faces and the sweet, happy tears perfectly displayed the love these two share!  It was such an honor to work alongside Josh from JD + Liana Works to capture so many beautiful moments on video.  The ceremony site was perfect, tucked into a grove of trees.  Kevin’s father had owned their property for years, and this land would now hold sweet memories of the day his son and newest daughter said “I Do.”

Following a hayride, the reception began at the Flying Goose Campground and Resort with dinner, speeches, and a gorgeous cake by Nicki, Kevin’s sister-in-law.  We snuck out for a stroll beside the lake for some photos before heading in for the first dances.  The Jake Nelson Band kicked off the night with some live music and the guests had a blast dancing the night away.  Meghan and Kevin, we hope you are having an incredible time in Costa Rica!  Soak up every last bit of summer sunshine and enjoy life as newlyweds!
