Brock had just finishing putting in his cufflinks and tying his tie when he looked at me with the most genuine grin on his face. “Can I ask you to deliver something?” I glanced down and in his hands he was holding a small grey journal. “480 days. I have waited 480 days to give this to her,” he remarked. “Since the day we got engaged, I have written in it every single day. And she has no idea.” Every day for over a year he had poured his heart out to Paige and recorded their memories together. I have never held on to something so carefully as I handed Paige Brock’s gift. Her reaction was worth every minute that Brock had put into writing it.

These two are such a sweet couple and Rusty’s Hitchen Post was the perfect place to celebrate their big day!  Paige and her ladies had spent the morning at Salon Mintee for hair and makeup and Theresa and Mindie did a fabulous job!  Paige’s dress by Stella York and her bridesmaid’s dresses by Sorella Vita were from Raffine Bridal and were gorgeous!  They went perfectly with the beautiful bright red bouquets by Baldwin Greenhouse! 

We had just finished up portraits when the rain began to fall and everyone worked quickly to move everything inside.  The ceremony was beautiful and every detail at the reception was custom made and absolutely perfect!  We loved the guest’s favors and capturing the couple’s family and friends mingling together was so much fun!  Guests enjoyed dinner and cake by Nothing Bundt Cakes and Carlson Entertainment put on an incredible dance!  Everyone had a blast and joined the couple in releasing sky lanterns with written messages to their loved ones to end the evening.  It was the perfect end to an incredible day!
