The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village is absolutely incredible.  If you are looking for exceptional accommodations, a stunning venue to host your wedding, or simply a luxurious resort to spend some time enjoying the serene beauty of Florida, this is one of our all-time favorites!  Whenever we travel, we look for places to stay with visual appeal.  As photographers, we find that the setting or the atmosphere of a location is almost as, if not more, important than the room we stay in.  From the minute we arrived at Westin, the service was second-to-none.  From the welcome staff, to the check-in experience, we were completely in awe of this resort’s attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service.  This truly is a one-stop-shop for hosting family and friends traveling for a wedding or an event!

The grounds of Westin are pristine and beautiful.  Surrounded by a marina filled with yachts of every variety, strolling the docks is like a vacation all in itself.  The promenade shops along the walk are absolutely beautiful and we found that eating along the water’s edge in both of the resort’s on-site restaurants was incredible!  The food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and both restaurants featured stunning marina views.

As we strolled the grounds, taking photographs along the way, we couldn’t believe all that this resort has to offer.  Multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, bicycles available for rent, a stunning ballroom to host events, a gazebo overlooking the marina, and a water-taxi available to take you to nearby beaches.  The resort’s suites are incredibly spacious and we loved being able to relax in our room’s living area as we watched online photography training courses at night.  The views from the balcony gave us an incredible sunrise and sunset experience as well!

We cannot wait to return to this resort and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Southwest Florida!
