It’s hard to believe that one year ago today we were at Boom Island Park photographing Kristen and Matt’s engagement session on a gorgeous spring evening in Minneapolis!  We had the best time together, and couldn’t wait for their big day!  We knew The Hutton House in Medicine Lake would be the perfect place to host Kristen and Matt’s stunning wedding, and we were so excited to connect again to capture their dream day!

The morning began as we documented the details including rings from Wedding Day Diamonds while the ladies finished up with Lady Vamp Artistry on hair and makeup.  Kristen put on her absolutely breathtaking Martina Liana gown from Bridal Accents Couture and walked down the steps to meet Matt by the fireplace.  Following a sweet first look, we began with portraits of the two of them before the wedding party joined us for photos.  Everyone looked amazing in their Revelry dresses and suits from Milbern Clothing, and it was so much fun working alongside the talented Harvest Film Company who captured the day on video.

Family and friends arrived for a beautiful indoor ceremony, and Kristen and Matt shared the most epic dip kiss in the aisle as they exited as newlyweds!  Guests enjoyed cocktail hour before gathering for the reception.  Ashley Skeie Events did an incredible job of ensuring every single detail of the day was nothing short of perfection including the gorgeous florals!  Following dinner by The Deco Catering, speeches, and a few photos in the courtyard, the evening came to a close with dancing hosted by DJ GoodKnight.  Kristen and Matt, you were a complete joy to serve!  We hope Playa Mujeres, Mexico is an absolutely stunning spot for your honeymoon, and we wish you all the very best in the many years to come!
