It’s hard to believe it’s been over a year since we first connected with Katie and Kyle for their sunrise engagement session in Taylors Falls.  From the moment we met, both have been incredibly kind.  Shortly after booking their wedding, we received the sweetest letter in the mail sharing their story and a bit about who they are.  We absolutely love getting to know our couples before their big day, and these two have been such a joy to serve!

Their wedding day had finally arrived, and we were so excited that the fall colors were at their peak.  The day ran smoothly from start to finish, and Kelene and her team at Bunker Hills Event Center were wonderful to work with!  We began the morning by capturing a few details including the custom invitations by Merimoi Press and rings from Do Amore.  Katie put on her stunning dress from Brides of France and shared a first look with her bridesmaids before heading out to meet her groom.

Kyle stood waiting for Katie in his Atmosfere suit, and after a sweet first look we set off to explore the grounds for portraits together. We captured a few portraits with their black sports car from AJ’s Garage, and soon after, we were joined by the wedding party and families for photos.  Guests arrived for a beautiful outdoor ceremony followed by dinner and desserts from Kendall’s Tavern & Chophouse.  The evening came to a close with dancing hosted by Bellagala, and we finished out the night with portraits under the stars and a gorgeous sparkler exit.  Katie and Kyle, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your big day!  We wish you all the very best, and hope that Iceland is an absolutely epic way to kick off life as newlyweds!
