Photographing Laura and Dan’s destination wedding at the Gasparilla Inn & Club was an absolute dream come true.  The talented Kandace McElroy Events ensured every element was nothing short of perfection, and it was a breathtaking day from start to finish.  We began by documenting the details including Laura’s jewelry from Tiffany & Co. and hair and makeup at the James Griffith Salon.  Laura put on her stunning gown from The White Room, and headed out to Banyan Street for her first look with Dan.

These two might just be the world’s sweetest couple, and have truly been a joy to work with! After meeting them in Stillwater for their engagement session last fall, we could hardly wait to capture their portraits in sunny, Southwest Florida.  When it comes to epic backdrops, Boca Grande’s Banyan Street and Gasparilla Island’s beaches are second to none. The wedding party joined us for photos and looked amazing with the men in their suits from The Black Tux, and the ladies in their dresses from Show Me Your Mumu with their gorgeous bouquets by Boca Blooms.  We finished up family portraits before heading back to the Beach Club.

The ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and Laura and Dan were all-smiles as they exited as husband and wife. We can’t wait to see the emotions that Toast Wedding Films captured on video!  Guests gathered for the reception, and the space looked incredible with lighting by Lightworks Productions.  Guests enjoyed dinner, speeches, and dessert, and we stepped out for a few epic golden hour photos just before the dance.  The evening came to a close with dancing hosted by Foreman Productions.  Laura and Dan, being a part of your wedding was completely perfect in every way! We hope Hawaii is every bit as beautiful as your dream wedding day!
