Located in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis, the Machine Shop is an absolutely incredible wedding venue! Its historic and industrial setting was the perfect place to host Erin and Gary’s breathtaking wedding! Their day was expertly planned and coordinated by Anna and Rachelle of Style Architects Weddings & Events. The ladies prepared for the day with Hair By Jessica Daley and Ingrid Kent on makeup, while the men got ready at Aloft Hotels. Erin’s mom helped her into her gorgeous gown, and she shared a fun first look with her bridesmaids before stepping outside to meet Gary.
The tears began the minute Gary saw his beautiful bride, and it was truly a privilege to document that moment! Erin’s father’s first look was just as sweet, and we can’t wait to see the emotions Summit Hill Studios captured on video! After a few portraits outside, we travelled to the Stone Arch Bridge with Eclipse for photos with the wedding party. We returned for family photos, and finished before guests arrived for the ceremony. The space looked amazing with flowers by the talented Studio C Floral! Erin and Gary exchanged vows before family and friends, and we headed out for portraits of the newest Mr. and Mrs. along St. Anthony Main.
We returned to an absolutely breathtaking reception hall, and loved Erin and Gary’s reaction to seeing the space! Every single detail of the day, from the invitations by Katie Murphy, to decor by Apres and Linen Effects, to the lighting by PHOS Events, was simply stunning! Following cocktail hour, we gathered for dinner by D’Amico Catering, speeches, and desserts from Cocoa & Fig. Bluewater Kings Band hosted an epic dance party, and guests enjoyed Davanni’s pizza and honey + milk ice cream sandwiches to top off the night. Erin and Gary, your wedding was amazing, and we hope your California honeymoon is every bit as beautiful!
