Morgan and Ben got engaged this past winter, and we were so honored when their wedding planner reached out to inquire about their date!  We were excited to connect with them, and loved hearing all about their story and their wedding plans.  We couldn’t wait to meet up for their engagement session, and ended up with the perfect evening for it!  We knew Morgan was looking for a natural location with both fields and a lake, and we had just the spot in mind.  Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Rockford is gorgeous this time of year, and the sunshine and warm weather made for an absolutely stunning session!

We had the best time together as we walked through the fields and down along the lake.  These two love to laugh and have fun, and were such a sweet couple to get to know!  Morgan is an athletic trainer and she and Ben have such beautiful hearts to serve others, and our country.  We are incredibly grateful for Ben’s service, and it is such a privilege to meet such amazing couples through what we do.  Getting to document love stories and celebrate with friends and family on one of the most important days of a couple’s life is a privilege we don’t take for granted.  It is always so much fun to be a part of such a joy-filled day!

Morgan and Ben’s wedding will be hosted at the award winning Redeemed Farm in Scandia.  With its wide variety of breathtaking spaces, including its historic barn, gorgeous vineyard, and beautiful grounds surrounded by lush gardens, we know that summer will be the perfect season to host their big day!  Rita Swanson of Premier Planning Services is putting together an incredible day, and we can’t wait to be a part of it!
