We are completely blown away by the incredible couples that we have the honor of serving!  Eleni and Nikolas were sweet, kind, joyful, and so much fun to get to know as we explored Taylors Falls together.  Eleni flew in from California for the weekend and we were so excited for their engagement session to begin!  We literally had the most beautiful fall evening and the golden hour light was absolutely stunning.  These two are such a gorgeous couple and we loved the variety in each of their outfits!  Their colors and textures were perfect for the setting and we had a blast together as we walked along the St. Croix River chatting about their story.

Eleni and Nikolas met in college at the University of California, Santa Cruz. They immediately bonded over what they shared in common including their beautiful Greek heritage.  They are a match made in heaven!  Eleni works in tech and Nikolas recently completed his doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. After dating both in San Diego and long distance, Minnesota will be their next adventure while Nikolas completes his residency.  We are so grateful for the work he is doing in the medical field!

These two are brimming with love for each other and the way that Nikolas looks at, and cares for, Eleni is absolutely beautiful!  He completely swept her off her feet when he had flown to California to propose.  Giddy with excitement, they celebrated their engagement with family and the wedding planning began.  We are beyond excited for these two as they plan their big day!  They will be getting married on an island of Greece near Italy and we know that their day will be breathtaking!  Cheers to many more adventures ahead, you two, and thank you for allowing us to document your love story!
