Rochester, MN is one of our favorite places to visit and it was such a treat to be able to photograph a wedding there!  Nikki and Mark met in pharmacy school and with their professions, naturally settled in Rochester.  It is such a beautiful area and the Hilton Rochester was the perfect place to host their big day!  Upon arriving at the hotel, the day began with Mark and his groomsmen as they got ready in their suits from Men’s Wearhouse.  After working with the men, we joined Nikki who had just put on her gorgeous gown by Morilee from the Wedding Shoppe.  Nikki looked absolutely beautiful and it was so fun to chat with her about all of her details including her grandmother’s sweet gift and Irish blessing.

Portraits began and we had the best time exploring the Hilton’s rooftop and grand staircase together.  The wedding party joined us for photos on the roof and the ladies looked beautiful with their gowns from David’s Bridal and their bouquets by Flowers by Jerry.  We had such a great time working alongside Starlux Productions who did an amazing job of capturing the day on video.  We finished up photos and headed over for the ceremony at the Co-Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist.  Following the ceremony, we took a few family photos before heading back to the Hilton for the reception.

The reception hall looked amazing and Amy and her team did a wonderful job of ensuring the evening went smoothly.  Guests enjoyed cocktail hour, dinner, and speeches, followed by the most delicious cupcakes!  Nikki and Mark, it was such an honor to serve you for your wedding day!  We are so grateful for the work you are doing in the medical field and hope that you get to celebrate together in Europe soon!
