When we met Tami and Chris in Florida last fall we were hoping for beautiful, warm weather for their summer wedding day.  Pepin Wisconsin did not disappoint, and despite a few sprinkles throughout the day, the evening ended with one of the most gorgeous golden hours ever!  The Hidden Meadow and Barn is always one of our favorite venues.  With its breathtaking views of the rolling hills and fields, it truly is a photographer’s dream!  Lacey and Maggie were wonderful to work with and they and the amazing Kellie from Rustic Elegance ensured the day went smoothly from start to finish!

The day began with Tami in the bridal suite as she finished up hair and makeup with Hair by Heidi.  Being a professional triathlete, she had kicked off her wedding day with a quick four mile run!  Her bridesmaids helped her into her stunning gown from Gray Collective and we headed out for her first look with Chris.  These two are so sweet together and it was so much fun to work with them again!  Following a few portraits throughout the venue’s stunning grounds, the ceremony began along with a brief rain shower.  Being from Florida, neither Tami or Chris were phased by the rain and were all smiles as they said I Do!

The reception began with cocktail hour and yard games before the grand entrance and dinner by the amazing River Valley Catering.  The tables and fireplace looked gorgeous with breathtaking florals by Emily from E. L. Design.  Guests enjoyed cupcakes and dancing under the string lights as we headed out to the fields for a few sunset photos to end the evening.  The light was incredible and Tami and Chris were amazing as they strolled through the fields.  It was the perfect end to a beautiful wedding and we were so grateful to have been a part of their big day!
