Photographing life’s most beautiful memories and milestones is one of our greatest passions!  We are always so excited when families request to book portrait sessions while vacationing down in Florida, and documenting their time spent together in the sunshine state is always our pleasure.  When Kim reached out to book a session for her parent’s 50th year wedding anniversary, we were completely honored and were thrilled to be able to photograph such a sweet milestone and celebration! Capturing the legacy of five decades of love on the gorgeous sandy shores of Southwest Florida is truly such an honor, and we couldn’t wait to connect with Kim’s family on Bonita Beach!

We met on a warm, beautiful, and breezy evening, and set off to explore the beach together.  Kim’s family had already spent a few days soaking up the sunshine, and we were so happy that they were able to enjoy a break and escape the cold early-spring weather of the north.  There is something simply stunning about portraits on the beach, and this sweet family looked absolutely amazing in their soft, neutral colors!  The kids all did such an incredible job for photos with their adorable smiles, and we had the best time running beside the crashing ocean waves.  We loved capturing all of the laughter and candid moments, and we finished out along the shore and headed to the trees.

As the session came to a close, we captured portraits of each group.  Photos with grandparents and grand kids are some of our favorites, but the kids also pulled off some fun shots with their auntie!  We hope that this group of siblings and cousins continue to grow in their friendships with one another and that they will have many more years of vacations together in the sunshine state!
