We first connected with Caroline at a wedding last fall, and when she and Jack reached out to book their own wedding, we were so honored by their kind words! These two are such a beautiful couple, and we were beyond excited to connect with them at their engagement session. We met at Jack’s home on an absolutely gorgeous evening and set off to explore the woods together. Caroline hoped to feature the fall colors in their photos, and the bright, vibrant foliage most certainly did not disappoint. The leaves were at their prime, and we couldn’t have had more breathtaking weather. Golden hour was nothing short of perfection, and we loved the way that Caroline and Jack’s outfits, including Caroline’s stunning dress and shoe combo, worked with the setting!
It has been so much fun getting to know these two and hearing more about their story. They met in high school, enjoy traveling together, and share our love of Southwest Florida. They are planning to fly down to visit family in Naples again this coming winter. We had the best time chatting as we explored throughout the session, and knowing that Jack had his Senior Portraits taken on the bridge, we couldn’t wait to capture his engagement photos in the exact same place!
There is something incredibly special about photographing engagement sessions for high school sweethearts. Growing up together and celebrating milestones such a senior year, graduation, and now life as fiances, is all so exciting, and we couldn’t be happier for these two as they plan their big day! They will host their wedding at the incredible Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs in Chaska next summer. We have no doubt their day will be an absolute dream to document, and we can’t wait to celebrate alongside their family and friends!
