We can’t think of a better way to celebrate the season of being engaged, than to combine a vacation with a destination engagement session in sunny, Southwest Florida.  There is certainly no shortage of breathtaking backdrops when it comes to taking photos at the beach, and Naples is one of our all-time favorite places to photograph couples as they enjoy their time away together as fiancés.

Danielle and Matthew travelled down from New Jersey to spend the holidays in Naples with family, and decided to book an engagement session as well.  They have been traveling down to Florida for years now, and love soaking up the warm weather and sunshine, especially in the cold winter months.  We were grateful for a gorgeous evening for their engagement session, and  we had the best time chatting as we walked together through the streets of Naples.  These two are absolutely perfect together!  After first meeting at Fairfield University’s alumni weekend, sparks flew, and their love story began.  They got engaged at sunset in Arizona near the Grand Canyon, and we were so happy to capture an absolutely stunning sunset for their engagement photos as well!

We finished out our time exploring the streets, and ended the evening walking along the sand as the waves gently lapped onto shore.  Following their session Danielle and Matthew planned to go out to dinner, and we learned that they share our love of Italian food. A few of their favorite places to eat include Osteria Tulsa and BiCE Ristorante, neither of which we have tried yet, so we now have some great ideas for our next date night!  We hope that their evening out was amazing, and we are so excited for them as they continue to plan their dreamy fall wedding back home in New Jersey!
