Our greatest joy in photographing engagement sessions and weddings is getting to capture the excitement and beauty of so many sweet couple’s love stories!  It is always such an honor when they reach out years later to book portrait sessions as their families begin to grow.  We first met Greta and Brady at their gorgeous fall engagement session, and completely fell in love.  Documenting their love for each other was so much fun, and we couldn’t wait to connect again on their big day!  The following year we captured their stunning wedding at the Hutton House, and had a blast celebrating with their family and friends!  They have since added a sweet baby boy to their family, and when Greta’s mom, Wendy, reached out to book a portrait session, we were thrilled!

We met on an absolutely perfect fall evening at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Rockford, MN.  Golden hour was at its finest as we explored the hills together, and we had the best time capturing portraits surrounded by all the vibrant fall foliage.  Everyone looked amazing in their warm neutral colors, and their outfit coordination was nothing short of perfection! Greta and Brady’s adorable son stole the show with his cute little plaid shirt and priceless expressions as he soaked up all the auntie love and snuggles.

It was a complete joy serving this family again, and we were so grateful to have had such a beautiful evening for their session!  Fall is one of our favorite seasons for portrait sessions, and we are soaking up all the warm weather we can get before the chillier temps arrive.  Like us, Wendy’s family will head south this coming winter for some sunshine in Southwest Florida.  We are so excited for them to continue making memories together in all the sweet seasons ahead!
