As summer comes to a close, we could not be more grateful for such a sweet season of photographing couples and families!  It was yet another gorgeous evening when we met Lindsey and Mike for their engagement session in Minneapolis.  These two are absolutely perfect for each other, and we were so excited to meet them at their session!  Both looked amazing in their neutral toned outfits, which coordinated perfectly with every single backdrop.  We set off to explore the area around the Machine Shop, pausing for portraits along St. Anthony Main.

We love connecting with our couples before their big day, and it has been so much fun getting to know these two!  Mike is a huge baseball fan, and they both played basketball.  Lindsey is in medical school, studying to be an orthopedic surgeon, and is working through her rotations this summer. The two are soaking up every last minute of their season up north before they head back to Arizona this fall.  Minnesota has been experiencing a bout of record high heat these days, but compared to Arizona, it wasn’t bad at all!  Lindsey and Mike shared that one of their first dates took place in St. Paul on a day well below zero, and they walked outside together not minding the freezing temps one bit!  

Lindsey and Mike are such a beautiful couple, and were all smiles as we strolled through the streets, finishing up with some shots with the skyline.  We are beyond excited for them as they continue to plan their dream wedding!  They will host their big day at St. Mary’s of the Lake and 7 Vines Vineyard in Dellwood.  We know it will be an absolutely incredible wedding, and can’t wait to celebrate with them alongside their family and friends next spring!
