From the moment we connected with Megan and Kartikey for their stunning winter engagement session, we were beyond excited to capture their fall wedding at the incredible Hidden Meadow and Barn!  Tucked in the rolling hills of Pepin, Wisconsin, the vibrant colors of the trees created an absolute dream setting for these two as they celebrated their big day!  The morning began with hair and makeup as the ladies prepared with 139 Hair by Heidi.  Megan put on her breathtaking Rachel Elizabeth Bridal gown, and we loved her details including her ring from Ireland and her beautiful henna.  

Kartikey and Megan met within the ceremony site surrounded by tall pampas grass.  After a few portraits together, the wedding party and families joined us for photos.  Everyone looked amazing with the men in suits from The Black Tux, and the ladies in velvet Revelry bridesmaid dresses with their gorgeous bouquets by Joy Unspeakable Flowers.  Guests arrived, and the Ovation String Quartet began to play as Megan and Kartikey’s puppy trotted down the aisle.  Kartikey had the sweetest smile as he watched his bride walking toward him – just one of many beautiful moments.  It was such an honor to document their traditional Irish Hand Fasting ceremony and their Hindu Jai Mala as they placed a garland of roses around each other’s necks. 

Following the ceremony, we headed to the fields for some epic golden hour photos during social hour.  Guests gathered for the reception, and enjoyed dinner from River Valley Catering and cake by Cafe Latte.  Speeches were followed by an absolutely incredible dance performance by Rince na Greine Irish Dance, and the evening ended with dancing hosted by Midwest Sound.  Megan and Kartikey, it was so much fun to be a part of your wedding, and we wish you all the very best in the many years to come!
