Amie and Ben’s wedding was a dream come true, and the Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis was the perfect place to host their family and friends! Cyndi and her team were wonderful to work with, and the day was expertly coordinated by Hailey of Essen Events. The morning began in the Nicollet Island Inn as the ladies prepared with War Paint International on hair and makeup. We captured a few photos with their matching robes as well as some beautiful details including stationery by Hunt Wright Design Co. and rings from Jared. Amie put on her stunning Luna Novias gown from Annika Bridal and walked out to meet Ben near the lake.
From the first time we connected at their Lyndale Park Rose Garden engagement session, we knew these two would have the sweetest wedding day. Their love for each other is just beautiful, and we had the best time taking portraits together throughout the grounds. The wedding party joined us and looked amazing with the bridesmaids in their classy Birdy Grey dresses and the men in their suits from Men’s Wearhouse. We finished up family photos and then gathered for the ceremony.
Amie and Ben exchanged vows surrounded by friends and family as the sun set over the Mississippi. Guests cheered as they exited, and we captured a few husband and wife portraits before heading in for the reception. The space looked breathtaking thanks to Linen Effects and the gorgeous florals by Essen Events. Everyone enjoyed dinner and dessert by Mintahoe, speeches, and a full group photo! The Riverside All-Stars did an incredible job of hosting the dance party, which was the perfect ending to an absolutely gorgeous day. Amie and Ben, we hope that your honeymoon in California is amazing, and we wish you all the very best!
