We are always beyond excited to photograph weddings at the Hutton House in Minneapolis, and capturing Shannon and Zac’s stunning summer day was incredible!  Hailey of Essen Events and the Hutton House team were wonderful to work with, and did an amazing job of ensuring all went smoothly.  Every single detail, including the invitations from The Knot and the rings from Brilliant Earth, were absolutely perfect!

The ladies began the morning with SM Hair + Makeup before putting on their classy black dresses from Bella Bridesmaids.  They and Shannon’s father had the sweetest reactions to seeing her in her breathtaking gown by Hayley Paige from BHLDN, and it was so much fun to capture their emotions before she headed down to see her groom.  She stepped outside to see Zac waiting for her in his suit from Heimie’s Haberdashery, and he turned to see his beautiful bride.  The sweet smiles and tears set the tone as we explored the grounds together for portraits.  We photographed the wedding party and families by the venue’s iconic fireplace just before guests arrived. The ceremony began with music by the Twin Cities String Quartet, and Shannon’s father walked her down the aisle.  She and Zac exchanged vows and exited with the most epic dip-kiss ever! 

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour and dinner by Chowgirls Catering.  The reception space looked amazing thanks to Northern Urbanity Rentals and the breathtaking florals by Essen Events. After stepping out for a few golden hour photos, we returned for speeches and dancing with GenerationNOW.  We are incredibly honored to have been a part of Shannon and Zac’s big day!  We hope that their honeymoon in Greece is the perfect way to celebrate as Mr. and Mrs., and wish them all the very best in the many years to come!
