Bowditch Point Park in Fort Myers Beach has quickly become one of our favorite places for family portraits along the Southwest Florida coast. It seems to be lesser known than some of the other beaches in the area, and thus, tends to be less crowded. Its quiet, tranquil waters and lush forest of trees along the sugar-white sand provide the perfect backdrop for photos. We also love the vibrant palm trees that line the beach, and knew it would be ideal for Rachael’s family’s portrait session!
We were beyond excited when Rachael reached out to book her session, and couldn’t wait to meet her family! We share mutual friends, and just happened to run into each other at a nearby park a few days before their session was scheduled. This family is the type of family that you meet and know that you could easily become fast friends. They are incredibly kind, and have the cutest kids you will ever meet! We have a special spot in our hearts for families with four kids, and this family is as sweet as they come!
The evening of their session arrived, and the kids did amazing! They were all-smiles and their bond as siblings still brings tears to our eyes. As they explored the forests and climbed in the trees, their laughter and smiles were a true picture of childhood at its very best. We hope that these images are some that their family will cherish for many years to come as their kiddos grow up together. We are so excited for them as they soak up all that Southwest Florida has to offer, and we are so grateful to have served them! To be able to freeze these moments in time for young families is truly one of our greatest honors!
