Not only do we love photographing families who are visiting Southwest Florida on vacation, but being able to photograph sessions for families who call Florida “home” is just as much fun!  This family is literally one of the sweetest families we know.  We actually met over a decade ago – as neighbors in Minnesota!  Little did we know, we would reconnect again years later; this time in Florida.  One year ago, almost to the day, we were sitting down with Kurstin and Joseph as they shared their story of how they had expanded their business to serve both Minnesota, as well as Florida.  Naturally, we were enthralled as we had been dreaming of serving families in both states as well!  At the time, we had no idea that a few weeks later, Joseph would find us our dream Florida home!

We have now joined the rapidly increasing number of happy families who have purchased a home through Joseph!  Not only are he and Kurstin incredibly gifted in what they do, and in the way they serve families as they become Florida or Minnesota home-owners, but they are also incredible parents, and some of the kindest people you will ever meet!  We were beyond excited to capture their family photos at one of our favorite beaches on Sanibel Island.  

This entire crew did such an amazing job for their session!  Kurstin and Joseph are an absolutely stunning couple, and their four handsome young men with their beaming smiles made this session a breeze!  We can hardly believe how much they’ve grown, and it was so much fun to see the way that they interact together.  We know their bond as brothers is such a gift to their parents, and to be able to capture this season of life for them was truly such an honor!
