Documenting significant milestones for our clients is always such an honor!  Whether it be engagement photos, wedding photos, family photos, senior portraits, or even anniversary sessions, we are all about capturing these short-but-sweet seasons of life.  It just so happens that we were able to combine both an anniversary and an engagement session for Brianne and Kyle, who had celebrated their 6 year anniversary the day before their engagement session!

We have loved getting to know these two, and hearing their story has been so much fun!  Kyle pulled off a surprise proposal on Christmas Day – which is certainly not an easy thing to do! He had picked out her ring based on a photo of a ring that Brianne had given to him years before, so she literally had no idea he had the ring and was about to propose.  He gave her a gift on Christmas Eve so she was completely surprised when he gave her a second gift on Christmas Day – her engagement ring!  Of course she said yes, and the wedding planning began!

They scheduled their engagement session, and we met on a gorgeous, sunny fall evening.  The golden hour light was ideal as we walked through the fields and pine forests.  These two are such a beautiful, kind, and laid back couple, with the sweetest 3 year old puppy named Simba.  He did such a good job for photos, and looked very handsome in his blue bandana.  Brianne and Kyle looked amazing as well, and their colors were perfect for the setting!  We had such a great time together, and are so excited for their wedding next summer.  Their big day will take place at The Refuge Golf Club in Oak Grove, and we can’t wait to celebrate with them alongside their family and friends!
