Whenever we photograph weddings, we have the privilege of meeting the most amazing people from all over the world.  Getting to meet our couples’ friends and families, and documenting the fun that they have together, is always a sweet reminder of why we love doing what we do!  Nick was part of a wedding party that we photographed a few years ago, and we were so honored when he and Bhargavi reached out to book their own wedding with us as well!  These two are such an incredible couple, and we were so excited for their engagement session at the beautiful Lyndale Park Peace Garden.

We started off the session near the fountain, then moved through the gardens, laughing and chatting as we explored.  These two are so much fun to spend time with, and their laughter and smiles made this session a blast to photograph!  Bhargavi’s gorgeous smile lit up every time she and Nick looked at each other, and her floral dress was the perfect choice for the garden setting.  Both looked amazing, and their love for each other is absolutely beautiful! The evening was simply perfect, and we could hardly get over the soft, golden-hour light.

We finished up photos within the flower gardens and walked to one of our favorite places to photograph.  We love the variety of color and texture in all of the rocks and vibrant greens.  It was the perfect backdrop to finish out our summer engagement sessions, and a little preview of the beauty that is to come on Bhargavi and Nick’s wedding day!  They will host their big day at the Gardens of Castle Rock in Northfield next summer, and we can hardly wait!  The lush gardens and grounds are gorgeous there, and we have no doubt it will be an absolutely breathtaking day!
