We cannot get enough of these gorgeous summer evenings!  There is something simply magical about golden hour, and when combining perfect evening light, with the beauty of Taylors Falls, you have an ideal setting to capture some incredible engagement photos.  We knew this session would be stunning, and were so excited for Hannah and Brian to arrive.  We first connected with Hannah as a bridesmaid in her friend’s wedding one year ago, and we were so honored when she and Brian inquired to book their wedding with us as well!  We are already counting down the days until their big day next summer at the Rolling Ridge Wedding and Event Center in St. Joseph, MN.

Summer is such a beautiful season to host a wedding, and we love the way the rich, vibrant colors create a gorgeous backdrop for engagement portraits as well. Engagement sessions provide the perfect “dress rehearsal” for a wedding day, and in this case we got to capture Hannah and Brian’s engagement photos in the same season as their wedding.  These two totally rocked their session!  Their outfits were perfect for the setting with their blue and neutral colors blending beautifully with the natural backdrops.  

Hannah and Brian are such a sweet couple, and we had the best time adventuring through Interstate State Park together.  We walked along the rocks and cliffs and found some breathtaking spots for some epic shots while exploring the great outdoors.  We even spotted a tiny tree frog who managed to sneak into a few of the ring shots!  We had so much fun chatting and laughing throughout the session, and we already know their big day will be a blast.  Hannah and Brian, you two are amazing and we are so excited to be a part of your wedding day!
