Summertime in Minneapolis, five years ago, was when Brandy and Sam’s love story first began.  They had met through mutual friends, and were only a few dates in, before they knew that they were meant to be.  We were thrilled when they first reached out to book their wedding, and even though we needed to wait another year to celebrate with them, it was totally worth the wait!  We ended up meeting on the most gorgeous summer evening for their session in Taylors Falls, and the images we captured were just breathtaking.  These two are such a beautiful couple, and their joy as they anticipate their wedding was so much fun to capture!  

We are always so honored when couples travel for their engagement photos, and many have travelled from out of state for their wedding days as well.  Brandy and Sam are absolutely incredible, as they have travelled half-way around the world.  Literally!  They were officially married this past year, and began their life together in Ethiopia with Sam working in manufacturing and Brandy teaching business studies and French. Coming from Ethiopia was quite the journey, and both have been beyond excited to finally be able to travel to host their big day!

These two are the sweetest, most kind, and genuine couple with a beautiful love for each other.  They have been so fun to get to know, and we are excited to meet their family and friends!  We are now only one week away from celebrating their big day, and we can’t wait!  It has been amazing to work with Essen Events in planning out their day, and we know every detail will be perfect!  If the fun that we had on this session is any indication of what their wedding day will be like, we are in for something truly special!
