Photographing weddings and portrait sessions in Florida has been a dream come true!  We can’t think of a better way to spend our winter and spring seasons than to capture couples and families surrounded by the beauty of Florida’s sunshine and palm trees.  It has been so much fun to photograph at these locations with our drone, and to document such sweet family memories together!

Florida is an absolutely incredible destination, and one we are now thrilled to be able to call our “home away from home.”  Whether you are traveling for a vacation, or in the area for a wedding, engagement, or portrait session, we have discovered a few new favorites this year, and wanted to share them with you! 

Places we Visited: Kissimmee, Florida, Winter Park Florida, Terra Verde Resort, and Marriott’s Lakeshore Reserve.  We rented a home via Airbnb at the incredible Terra Verde Resort and had the best time exploring and enjoying our family time together!  This was our second stay at this resort, and we have absolutely loved it each time!  Marriott’s Lakeshore Reserve’s breathtaking grounds were gorgeous to explore and provided the perfect backdrop for portraits!

Amenities: Terra Verde’s Resort offers a large zero entry heated pool, hot tub, poolside Tiki bar, children’s playground, basketball courts, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, shuffleboard, and even a small movie theater!  We also took full advantage of their stocked fishing lakes and caught a wide variety of fish including tilapia and a Florida gar.  The resort is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and all of Orlando’s Disney parks.
