Documenting love stories on the beaches of Southwest Florida has been a dream come true and we adore photographing couples who share our love of the sunshine state.  Kacey and Kyle are vacationing in Fort Myers, Florida and we were thrilled when they reached out to book a portrait session!  We are always incredibly honored when a fellow photographer trusts us to capture their own love story, and meeting these two for a sunrise session was such a treat!

The sun was just beginning to rise as Kacey and Kyle strolled along the beach to meet at Bowditch Park for their session.  They had decided to walk the short mile from their resort to the park, and soaking up the serene beauty of the beach was the perfect start to the day.  They are such a gorgeous couple, and their outfits could not have been more stunning in the soft pink and blue light.  We absolutely loved Kacey’s pastel floral dress which coordinated perfectly with Kyle’s white and tan colors.  These two are the sweetest couple and their love for each other is just beautiful!  We had the best time as we chatted while exploring among the palm trees as the sun slowly began to rise.

Sunrise sessions have quickly become our favorites!  The light is soft and dreamy and seems to bring its own element of variety with its gorgeous shades of color as it changes throughout the session.  The waves quietly lap, and we nearly have the entire beach to ourselves.  The serenity makes for the perfect atmosphere to capture couples, and sets such a peaceful tone for the session.  We are always excited when we get to photograph couples and families, and our destination sessions have definitely been the highlight of our time working in Southwest Florida!
