When we photographed their engagement session last spring, we had no idea that Abby and Brenden’s spring of 2020 wedding would turn out to be a gorgeous fall wedding instead.  We could not be happier for these two as they finally said their “I Dos” surrounded by their family and friends at the amazing Mississippi Gardens!  Their day could not have been more perfect!

The morning began in the bridal suite with Ziel Bridal on hair and makeup.  Abby put on her stunning gown by Morilee from the Wedding Shoppe and her bridesmaids’ and father’s reactions to seeing her in her dress were incredibly sweet!  Every detail from this wedding day was simply beautiful.  The moment Abby read her letter from Brenden, and Brenden’s tearful reaction to seeing his gorgeous bride were unforgettable.  Capturing portraits among the gardens with the most kind family and friends and most fun-loving wedding party was a blast!  The men’s suits from Men’s Wearhouse and the bridesmaid dresses by Kennedy Blue were gorgeous, and the florals by Artemisia Studios were simply breathtaking.

The ceremony overlooking the Mississippi River was stunning and Lauren did an amazing job capturing the day on video.  Following the ceremony, we took a few portraits of the newlyweds just before heading in for the reception.  Abby and Brenden are so much fun together and ended dinner by playfully smashed each other with cake.  We snuck out for a few minutes for some sunset photos before heading back for the dance hosted by Instant Request DJ.  First dances are some of our favorite photos to capture.  The love between the couple and the emotions of the bride’s father and the groom’s mother are just beautiful! We could not be more excited for Abby and Brenden and were so honored to have been a part of their incredible day!
