Tove and Josh are an incredible couple and planned their dream wedding at the beautiful Capitol Room in St. Peter. Their day was absolutely perfect! Dan and Megan were incredible to work with and kept things running smoothly from start to finish! We began in the bridal suite where W. Bass Hair and Mankato Makeup had just finished up with the ladies. The details by Away We Go Weddings were perfect and we loved Tove and Josh’s sweet tie-in of Disney’s movie Up in their details. Josh had proposed to Tove at Disney World in Orlando and created the most thoughtful gifts for her as they began their newest adventure together!
The morning continued as we headed down to join the men who were looking dapper in their cobalt blue Savvi Formalwear suits. After capturing a few shots, it was back to the bridal suite where the ladies had put on their gorgeous gowns by Jenny Yoo. Tove looked stunning in her dress by Erin Cole and the detail and her detachable train were amazing. The reactions to seeing Tove in her dress were priceless! Flowers by Jeanie provided the bouquets and the floral decor throughout the day was breathtaking!
Following Tove and Josh’s first look, we captured a few portraits of the two of them before heading out with Premier Transportation for wedding party and family photos. Their family and friends were awesome and braved the cold for photos in the snow before heading back for the ceremony to begin. There were countless beautiful moments and we can’t wait to see the emotions captured by Zandolee Media! Following the ceremony, we explored a bit of St. Peter ending with a few sparkler photos before heading inside for the reception. Tove is a Minnesota Vikings cheerleader and tied in the team’s colors within the decor complete with a purple and gold cake by Hy-Vee of New Hope. From the hot cocoa bar to the beautiful spread of desserts, every detail was perfect! A few favorite moments included their grand entrance on the Mezzanine and the venue’s unique tradition of each couple carving their names into the brick wall. The night ended with an epic dance hosted by the Bluewater Kings Band!
