Abby’s father stood just above the staircase of FIVE Event Center’s top floor.  Surrounded by its contemporary decor and historic architecture with brick walls and wooden floors, he gazed out the window that overlooks Minneapolis as he anticipated seeing his one and only daughter in her wedding gown.  As she walked up the staircase, he turned, and the look in his eyes fully displayed his love for her.  Capturing moments of beautiful mixed emotions is a privilege we will never take for granted.

The entire day was incredible from start to finish thanks to the team at FIVE Event Center.  Kimmy from Primped did an amazing job on hair and makeup and the girls looked beautiful; Abby in her stunning gown by Maggie Sottero and the bridesmaids in their dresses by Bill Levkoff, all from the Wedding Shoppe.  We loved the way the colors blended with the textures of the gorgeous florals by Festivities.  Abby and Matt’s family and friends were so wonderful to work with and we had a blast as we explored taking photos together.  Following a beautiful ceremony, we snuck out for some photos along the docks of lake Bde Maka Ska.  Golden hour was nothing short of perfection.  These two are the sweetest couple and the way they look at each other is truly beautiful!

We headed back to the reception and as speeches began, Abby’s father shared “Matt you are the perfect man for my daughter. Treasure her. Be patient with her. And obey her.” The guests erupted with laughter – we can’t wait to see the joy captured by the talented Square One Video!  Following dinner, Abby and Matt served their guests desserts wearing the best custom aprons and Fulton Productions ended the evening with an epic dance party.  Abby and Matt, we hope you are soaking up all the sun honeymooning in Maui this week!  Thank you for allowing us to capture your incredible day!
