When you have your first child, everyone tells you how quickly time flies!  When the big first birthday comes along, you begin to realize how true this statement really is.  Time is such a precious gift.  We don’t want to ever take it for granted and we are so grateful for it!  Time with kiddos can seem both long and drawn out as you learn what it means to be a parent in the day-to-day tasks of loving and caring for a tiny person.  Time can also seem like it’s flying by in a blur as you try to remember what life was like 3 months ago, 6 months ago, a year ago.  No matter what it seems, we have found that treasuring “today” means working at being fully present in life no matter what your current season looks like!

The gift of a beautiful child is such a wonderful reminder of how incredible life is!  It changes rapidly and each season has its challenges and its rewards.  You begin to reflect on holding your sweet baby for the first time, when you were able to keep him safe and sound in your arms.  Yet, you look forward to the day when he will learn to ride a bike and reach a whole new level of achieving his dreams!  Documenting these ever-changing seasons is such a privilege!  This is why we love what we do. 

Capturing Ashley and Kyle’s little boy was such a joy!  They are literally the sweetest family ever and and hearing these words from Ashley was such a gift to us: “These photos are incredible and ones that we will cherish forever.  We could not have asked for anything more from you guys.  These are PERFECT!  I can’t wait to display them around our home!  Thank you, thank you, a million times thank you!  You guys are simply the best!”
