1) Course Access & License

  • Provide login access to any other person

  • Remove watermarks or copyright notices

All Course content is owned by Shane Long Photography, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Wedding imagery contained within the Course is provided strictly for educational purposes and may not be copied, used, or redistributed outside the Course.

3) Educational Disclaimer
The Course is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results. Outcomes depend on many factors including your effort, experience, skill level, market, and application of the material.

4) Payments, Delivery, and Access
Payments are processed through third-party providers (including Stripe and PayPal) via Systeme.io. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Access is provided digitally and typically begins immediately after successful payment.

Lifetime access means access for as long as the Course is hosted and offered by us on our delivery platform.

5) Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

6) Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access without refund if we determine you have violated these Terms, including unauthorized sharing, distribution, or misuse of Course materials.

7) Changes to the Course or Terms

Because this is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Please review the course details carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing the Course, contact us at courses@shanelongphotography.com and we will help resolve it.

In the event of a duplicate purchase or billing error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review and resolve the issue as appropriate.
