Naples, Florida is one of our all time favorite places for capturing portraits on the beach, and Kassidy and Scott’s session was such a sweet reminder of why photographing destination engagement sessions has been a dream come true.  These two flew down just for their session, and they couldn’t have had more incredible weather for their quick trip!  We met on an absolutely breathtaking evening and set off to explore for portraits.  We can’t get enough of this location’s stunning architecture with its variety of tones and colors, along with its gorgeous landscaping that always creates the most beautiful backdrops.  Kassidy and Scott both looked amazing, and their outfits coordinated perfectly with the setting.

We had the best time chatting and getting to hear more about their story as we walked the streets together.  They met online, fell in love, and it was in San Antonio, Texas, that Scott proposed following a helicopter ride on New Year’s Eve!  Of course Kassidy said yes, and the two rang in the New Year as fiancés.  They are now planning their big day, and we could not be happier for them!  

As the sun began to set, we made our way down to the beach, and the vibrant evening light was straight out of a photographer’s dream. The colors of the sky were unreal with shades of pink and purple that paired perfectly with Kassidy’s gorgeous floral dress.  These two were so sweet together as they explored the waters edge, and their chemistry was so much fun to capture! Documenting love stories for couples as they spend time in sunny, Southwest Florida has been an absolute honor.  We are so grateful to have connected with so many incredible couples from all over the U.S. as they celebrate such an exciting season of life!
