Taylors Falls, Minnesota | Winter Engagement

When photographing a wedding, it’s easy to fall in love with the bride and groom’s friends and families.  Spending one of the most exciting days of a couple’s life with them, and seeing them celebrating surrounded by their favorite people in the world, is such a sweet experience!  We first connected with Anna and Noah at Noah’s sister’s wedding just a few short weeks before we received Anna’s e-mail asking about our services for her own wedding day!  We were beyond excited!  Anna and Noah were so sweet together at the wedding and their joy and love for others completely radiates from them.  They are beautiful, both inside and out, and we could not be more honored to be serving them for their wedding day!

While Anna and Noah are planning a beautiful, warm, summer wedding, they braved the cold for their frosty, winter engagement session in Taylors Falls.  While we love the beauty of Taylors Falls, by far, the most incredible parts of this session were their love for each other, their gorgeous smiles, their playfulness, and their contagious laughter!  Surrounded by frost-covered trees, we explored the rocks along the river.  Anna was such a trooper in her dress and heels in the snow. It was totally worth it – they both looked amazing! After changing outfits, they warmed up with hot coffee in their mugs as well as drinks from one of our favorites – Chick-fil-A.  You really can’t go wrong with either in our book!

We finished out the session among the pines and had a blast talking and laughing together.  We love the way that the colors of their outfits blended with the soft, pastel colors of the frosty trees.  We are beyond excited to capture more beauty at their wedding at Rush Creek Golf Club this summer!
