Kristen and Richard’s gorgeous summer wedding at the Minnesota Harvest Orchard was the perfect picture of casual elegance.  With the venue’s rustic setting and the green and champagne colors, every detail was absolutely stunning!  We adored Kristen’s flowers by the talented One Precious Pearl.  From the huge hanging wreaths in the barn, to the table settings, to the bouquets, the rich and vibrant colors fit the day beautifully!

Kristen and Richard’s 8 Hour timeline fit their day perfectly and flowed like this:

1:00 pm: Photography begins with details (dress, shoes, bouquets, etc.)

1:30 pm: Father/daughter first look (one of our favorite parts of the day)

1:45 pm: Bride and Groom’s first look (this was seriously sooo sweet!) and portraits

2:30 pm: Wedding Party photos (this wedding party was AMAZING!  We had so much fun together and it was like hanging out with best friends by the end of the evening.)

3:30 pm: Family portraits (we love this family!!!)

4:30 pm: Reception and ceremony detail photos while Bride & Groom take a break

5:00 pm: Ceremony (this venue’s ceremony setting is incredibly epic. We love being able to capture the bride from the back walking through woods to see her groom!  There is something about being surrounded by nature with all of your closest family and friends that is incredibly surreal.)

6:00 pm: Bride and groom’s private moment with toasts in the Orchard (with guests waving and cheering, Kristen and Richard rode away to their very own private get-away for a few moments before joining their guests for the reception.)

6:15 pm: Guests mingling and games

7:00 pm: Grand entrance (and what an entrance it was!)

7:15 pm: Dinner is served (YES to all the donuts!!!)

7:45 pm: Speeches (always such an honor to be able to capture these moments)

8:30 pm: First dances (bride & groom, father/daughter, mother/son)

9:00 pm: Photography ends
